Road has a small washout on the side of the road once you turn off of Magalloway road, but easy to get around. Road is 8 miles long, just follow the signs. |

Bobcat trail was easy to follow, but no blazes |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Only one brook to drink from at the beginning of the Coot trail. Bring water! Met one friendly dog on the trail. |

None today as it was very cool weather. |

Great hike, but takes a long time to get there. Great views from the top. I would recommend when you get to the end of the road turning your car around so you can just pull foreword when you leave. There is a bathroom at the trailhead. |
