 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Plenty of parking at Lafayette Place lot at 0820.
Lot was completely full with cars overflowing on to I-93 when we returned at 1330. |

 | Water Crossing Notes: |
One minor crossing on Hi-Cannon near the start. |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Hi-Cannon trail remains in pretty bad shape due to erosion below the Dodge cutoff. Trail gets better afterward the cutoff. I suspect the bad condition was compounded by the increased traffic from detour when Lonesome Lake trail was closed for a few weeks. After the ladder on Hi-Cannon there were a few sections that had bog boards in very bad condition that made the standing water/mud a bit challenging to pass. (much easier if you have hiking poles) |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Don't recall seeing any. I assume the ladder section would be difficult for dogs and require some people assistance. |
