Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Ravine Lodge Road, there is a pull off with spots for plenty of cars to park at an angle about a mile from the start of the trails. If you get there early on the weekend you can snag a spot off to the side closer to the trails, but it can be a pain to get in and out, so it's easier to park down the road and walk up.
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All were easy rock hops
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Blowdown on the Asquam-Ridge Trail that is a step over, it's about a half mile past the upper Al Merrill Loop junction. Big blowdown on the Al Merrill Loop before the height of land, this one you have to go around, or under and around.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Plenty of water for dogs along this route :)
Bugs
Bugs: none!

Comments
Comments: All trails in very good shape. Tunnel Brook Trail is easier to follow than the last time I was on it two summers ago, new yellow blazes at the obscure parts near Mud Pond where beaver activity lead to standing water in a couple of spots. The trail now heads right at these spots around flooded parts, and blazed well.

Great day to spend several hours on Moosilauke, caught the flag flying on the summit and clouds clearing off.
