Trails were snow/ice free and generally dry, though with some slippery leaves.
Round Pond is completely covered in ice. Very neat to hear the whale-like sounds of the ice when the sun hit it later today. Lots of snow fleas out on the leaves too; so loud that it sounded like a light wind blowing through them. |
