| Comments: |
rain overnight did away with any lingering ice or snow on the trails. only a couple extremely minor patches of ice noted. trails are wet with some standing water and mud. since i had spikes with me i opted to hike down the access road/ski trail from the summit of gunstock where they have made quite a ribbon of snow. a snow cat had chewed up a nice path in the otherwise borderline boiler plate snow down to the mid mountain where i hopped back on the range trail to rowe. continued wet conditions. the service road down from rowe was pretty wet and squishy in spots. |
