First 1-2 miles pretty well packed, but as soon as you reach the top of the first hefty climb, the trail suffers from massive post holing and overall is far less packed. Pack your snowshoes! |

Overall the trail is in good condition, but could still use a few more decent snowshoe tracks. Wore snowshoes above the tree line to avoid post holing, and microspikes on the summit cone. |
