Comments
Comments: We got a late start (11:15) and planned to just do a quick hike up to Jackson but the temperatures were mild and there was very little wind so we decided to add on Webster. The trail is rock hard - brought the snow shoes but used spikes all day. Didn't ever break through on the way up to Jackson and only once or twice from Jackson over Webster and back to Webster Jackson Trail. There were several spots where there was significant ice but it was easy to navigate using the spikes. The cascades just below the split between trails to Jackson and Webster look pretty all frozen over.
