Comments
Comments: Began barebooting; microspikes were needed to negotiate the ice on the Imp Trail (ascent and descent); we switched to snowshoes as we approached the No. Carter Trail Junction, breaking trail (few inches of snow). There were two hikers behind us, going all the way through to Carter Hut.
