| Comments: |
Trail was hard-packed snow until the summit rocks. There was enough ice at the top to warrant keeping the spikes on. A little tricky to find the trail in places on the summit - search carefully for yellow blazes on the rocks and for tracks. Only a little wind. Champney and Pitcher Falls were magnificent, with lots of cool ice formations. |
