Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Trail right now is extremely icy so, make sure that your dog is experienced on this terrain. Otherwise, in other seasons, this would be a very easy trail for dogs. Bring water for them as there doesn't appear to be a lot.

Bugs: None
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: One mitten on a tree on the upper ledges.

Comments
Comments: What a fun trail this one is. Enjoyed all the open ledges and ridge to the summit. Saw clear to Mt. Washington today too. Easy 2.5 mile/5 mile round trip hike. As I said above, it is very icy on the lower sections so, bring traction. No need for snow shoes. the upper section has inconsistent ice but not enough to take the traction off your feet. I will be back to explore more of this area.
