Terrific morning to splitboard this little firetower site. FAR better than past time snowboarding it. I skied my splitboard in split mode the last half mile or so. Recent logging has interrupted the herd path. About halfway up, in the steep section, the snow coverage on the snow machine trail is minimal - I took off the snowboard on the descent to prevent damage to my base - an ease walk for a bit, then, got back on. Amazing views, as usual. Very fun!!! |
