Comments
Comments: Great hike overall. Trail conditions were super. Used good traction everywhere except Franconia Ridge, between Liberty and Little Haystack due to the lack of traffic over this section. Other than that, Hillshound micros got the call. Saw quite a few hikers in full crampons and when we started descending Old Bridal Path, we saw why. 20-40' sections of thick ice. Steep enough to be concerning if you were to fall. No views, but still beautiful as usual. Trails in very good condition and easy to follow.
