If you step off the packed trail (mostly 3-4 feet wide), you will post hole to your knees for much of the more elevated trail.
We were planning on returning via Oliverian Brook Trail to make the hike a loop but it had not been broken out, and 2 plus miles was a bit much for our small group and time we had. So we returned the way we came. |
