Valley Way was a snowshoer's dream! soft powder that was packing down nicely. Osgood trail snow not as deep due to wind blowing it away, i imagine. the sky the snow and the snow-covered cairns, were all the same color today (low visibility), so i paid careful attention to tracks up and down.( i wore snowshoes RT. )
returning to the car the sun was warming up the snow causing it to ball up under the shoes. great day! |
