Comments
Comments: Took Lowe’s path up to Gray Knob Saturday night. Trail was well packed, but warm down low w/ some
snow balling. All solid once I made it past Log Cabin. It was a full house at Gray Knob and another 5 people over at Crag Camp.

Woke up in time to make breakfast before the summit forecast at 7am. Took off soon-after, and enjoyed blue skies all the way to summit of Adams. The bootpack diverged a little after Adams 4/before Thunderstorm Junction but was easy to find given clear skies. Pretty windy up top so didn’t linger, but it definitely still felt like winter above treeline.

Easy hike back down to Gray Knob. A few people butt sled down the trail before me and trail was smoothed over so well I, even in snowshoes I slipped and slid a good 40ft down the trail. Was lucky I didn’t hit a tree!
