Comments
Comments: Trail was in excellent shape up to the intersection with Carter-Moriah Trail. Packed fairly smooth with only a couple of ice patches in the first 3.4 miles. Plenty of snow on the trail for the first couple of ledges but those above with Southern exposure had a sheet of thin ice that required traction. Microspikes were fine with care. Nice and sunny until the way down with virtually no wind. Saw one day-hiker and two backpackers.
