Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: I had no problem crossing on Sandwich Mountain trail. Coming across on Drakes Brook trail, it was a little high, but still no real problem.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The condition of Drakes Brook trail is far better then Sandwich Mountain trail, though a little bit longer, I think I'd tend to use it as an out and back instead of using Sandwich Mountain trail...though you would miss the views at Noon Peak which are very nice.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes:
Bugs
Bugs: This is the big news...I never encountered one black fly! Better grab it quick before the little devils arrive.
Lost and Found

Comments
Comments: The Sandwich Mountain trail was pretty much clear. Very few patches of ice that were easily avoidable. Drakes Brook had more ice and snow but it was no problem avoiding it. No need for traction. Standard early spring conditions with mud here and there, etc...
