Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Started hike off Bear Notch Rd, parked by gate at Rob Brook Road and spotted a car on rt 302 across from Mt Tremont Trail sign. Quiet weekday, no other cars except Forest Service vehicle by Rob Brook gate. 
Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: No problem, streams were low 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Scattered blowdowns, faint blazes in spots on Brunel trail 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Looked ok for canines...I miss mine:( 
Bugs
Bugs: Typical spring Black flies anytime the air was still. 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found a silver hummingbird earring in the middle of the trail 1/2 way down from summit on Mount Tremont Trail. Happy to mail it to the owner.
