Black flies were significant around 8-10am. Mosquitoes took over midday. It was okay while moving swiftly, but stopping was difficult. Highly recommend taking a break on Mack viewpoint as it was the only place with enough breeze to keep bugs away. Found 3 ticks total. |

Great day for a hike! First time here and was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the lake. Trail is relatively easy and views were nice. |
