| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
As always in Franconia in summer, get there early. I was the third car in Lafayette at 7 AM, but the lot was filled beyond capacity when I finished at 2 and parking was backed up far down the parkway as usual. |

A couple blowdowns on Kinsman Ridge Trail between North Kinsman and Cannon which are a little tricky to get around. The bog bridges in the same section are in rough shape - very rotten. |

| Comments: |
Snow and ice are finally all gone! Now mud season! Lots of standing, running water on the trails and mud, particularly on Kinsman Ridge between North Kinsman and Cannon. As mentioned, a lot of the bog bridges are in bad shape around here. With some careful footwork you can avoid most of the mud! |
