Comments
Comments: Mountain biked the 3.75 miles to the start of FR86 and was able to continue another 2+ miles on bike. My legs were burnin' from the uphill churnin'. Parked bike at an open clearing at 200 feet. Followed herd path 1.5 miles to a smaller clearing then set a bearing for Carrigan Pond and bushwhacked up the right side of the cliffs to the col. Turned left and headed up the final bump. Woods were thick, steep and heavy, often all three combined.
