Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: all trails in great shape. thank you to the maintainers for their recent work. there are a couple blowdowns here and there but all easily stepped over.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: saw three that were doing great. not a lot of water high up or on livermore until you get to the gorge. bring some for the pup.
Bugs: not too bad. cool temps kept them away. black flies at the summit of n.tri, but i've seen worse.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: nada
Comments: a great day! despite the changeable forecast, we hiked in mostly dry conditions. only a quick downpour on the bw to scaur peak. why isn't there a canister up there??? most of livermore is a nice wide easy on the feet trail and the gorge is pretty impressive in an otherwise flattish area. not much traffic in here, but the trail was easy enough to follow.
