I did meet a hiker at the Smarts Brook junction who said there were a few blowdowns on the way up from the Smarts Brook trailhead that seemed to be an encouraging a lot of moose activity.

Comments
Comments: Didn't see a single soul on the stretch from the parking lot until the summit of Jennings. The lot was moderately full upon arrival at 11, only my car and the hiker I spoke to on the summit of Sandwich Dome on return around 3:30. Couldn't hear cars after about 3/4 of a mile which was a relief. Loved the stretch between the ledge views by Noon Peak and reaching the junction for Jennings Summit Spur. So much character. Drake Brook was beautiful and a relieving hike out after all the steps on the Sandwich Mt trail. The brook was flowing nicely and the pools down at the junction for Fletcher Cascades were picturesque. A great day to be out.
