Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of room in lot - high heat and humidity kept most people home. I estimate hikers numbers down 90% compared to typical sunny summer Sunday.

Water Crossing Notes: 2"-3"rain three days ago was still running in brooks. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Early start and early finish. We blazed South Ridge Trail below Rimrock, then Skyland Trail west of Rimrock. Both of those sections are blazed in orange per the blazing scheme of 1987 between the State, the AMC< and Cardigan Highlanders Volunteer Trail Crew.
