Comments
Comments: low ceiling and overcast a bit when started up at 0745hrs. Burned off and was a great day. Went to Mt Avalon first and it was the best view from the top of the rocks. Grandson started dozing. Followed that up with Mt Field and still had some nice area views. Went down and on to Mt Tom which did not have much of a view but still counts on the 4000. About a 6hr trip at moderate pace. Roots were slippery and rocks also. I really felt older when the "young lady" came running down the trail behind me.
