Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Roadside along Rt. 16 in front of Pinkham Notch Visitor Center. I was amazed we got as close as we did.

Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: None.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Erosion is compromising rock steps in a few areas.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Sure, but the upper section of this route is very steep. I would also leash them on the open ledge.
Bugs
Bugs: Not really.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: A few bits of wrapper on Lady's Lookout, which we packed out.

Comments
Comments: A short, quiet hike to counter the masses across the street for Seek The Peak. Dry trail all the way thankfully, as the upper scrambles might not be so fun. On the way up we did the short side trip to Lady's Lookout, which is growing in. Excellent, clear views and bright morning sun really exaggerated the in-your-face view of Washington from Square Ledge. We could see waterfalls flowing in Raymond Cataract, and both Tuckerman and Huntington Ravines had areas of running water in slabby sections.
