Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Had to put some thought into it and take it slow on wet rocks, but definitely doable rockhopping.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails are in good shape. There was a lot of water and mud coming down Drake’s Brook after the recent rains.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Our dog was the only one on the trail today and really enjoyed the water. Quite different from when we hiked it in the spring and it was really dry, save the brook.
Bugs
Bugs: Annoying coming down Drake’s Brook, but not awful.
