Comments
Comments: Took the Hi-Cannon up to the top of Cannon today, coming down the Lonesome Lake trail for the loop meeting at Lafayette Place. Left early and did a quick hike to beat any afternoon rain. Hi-Cannon was almost pristine, with one slightly wet slab. Fun, moderate hiking with no bugs and good views. Some more mud higher up, but nothing major. Lonesome Lake, on the other hand, was very wet above the lake (the trail was flowing in spots), which made some of the descent much trickier than one might expect.
