| Water Crossing Notes: |
We crossed at the Cog RR. Water running surprisingly fast! There is a little "dam" that made the hopping easy. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
We were a little confused by small alternate route cairns going up Jewell. |

| Comments: |
Loved the Jewell Trail! It has a little bit of everything! Bouldering a little tricky in spots and the two sets of cairns also a little confusing. We followed the older, taller cairns. Very slippery during the entire hike. We found the metal "pin" on the summit of Jefferson and that made #48 for me after a safe descent! |
