Comments
Comments: After the rains of Saturday the trail was wet and muddy however began to dry out on the down-climb. Stony Brook Trail is slight incline over 2+ miles about 800' elev gain until the second water crossing when the trail climbs moderately steeply to the Intersection of Carter-Moriah where we turn left (north) to the first false summit of which had me fooled until I got there. The summit is about 15 more minutes up the trail where you turn left again off of the Carter Moriah onto the summit spur (which is up a 20' ledge) then the top. WOW what views while on Carter Moriah from Stony Brook. Catch my video here: https://youtu.be/X0xJUCEBBog
