Packed road by snowmobiles from chain to state park, but trails well-packed snowshoe tracks obvious except within +/- 50 yards of summit where wind obscured areas. Summit rocks covered with ice, but enough snow so that snowshoes were adequate to manage all areas.
Only a couple other people.
Summit Kestrel data: T=1.6F W=16-26mph WC= ~minus 24
Nice regional views, but clouds more distant. But, what do we care? excellent to be Out. |
