||Large birch blowdown about a quarter of a mile up. Lots of failing stone steps and rock waterbars for unmitigated erosion. |
||A few mosquitoes and black flies, but minimal. |
|Lost and Found:
||Trail was fairly dry below the second water crossing, but very wet thereafter. Lots of wet rock, running water, mud, etc.|
Leaves still generally green, but red hobblebush starting to pop up.
