Comments
Comments: Time for something more after hiking around East Pond in the morning and the clouds were lifting. My 4th time here to this private path to a NHH500 peak--ranked 374/500. Today was the day, clear views far and wide under low clouds! Did the loop clockwise. Summit ledges with cutting to improve vista very nice. Meadow on the top before hitting the forest road and nice slightly obstructed views from Franconia Notch to Sandwich Mt. just lovely today. Logging is still going on but maybe looks like it is finished and only small firewood operation now. Path was clear and the forest road has nice ditches, we kept our feet dry all the way.
