| Comments: |
The trails all the way around the loop were damp and covered with leaves, very slippery at times. The top half mile of the Desolation Trail had light snow covering the trail but not enough to make microspikes appropriate. Right at the end of fall foliage -- fantastic views from the firetower! Saw exactly zero other people out all day. |
