A lot of work on water bars was evident. There were a lot of mud pits(some half frozen) in poor drainage locations. |

Saw 2. Routes taken would pose no problem for 4 legged friends. |

| Comments: |
Icing, even though temps below freezing early, was not an issue and the snow was disappearing as the day progressed. Mud made travel a little slower. |
