Comments
Comments: More of an adventurous early winter day hike than an autumn one. Overcast, then socked in at the summits. 15 deg F at the summits with ~30 mph winds. Wore balaclava and ski mask above treeline and made due with the weather. Brought spikes but did not need them, very few icy spots (besides rime sticking to everything) which were easy to avoid. Leaves mostly turned already (or fallen) with just a little color still at the lower elevations.
