Very windy and cold above treeline early in the morning, much nicer later in the day. Ended up taking microspikes on and off frequently as all trail conditions would sometimes show up within the same 100 yards and it was difficult to know what to do. I mostly did not need traction above treeline, below treeline mostly did. |
