Took Ammo up with hope of hitting Monroe. Started around 6am, trail in relatively good shape until alpine zone where big drifts formed. Stopped to duck out of wind at Lake of Clouds hut and decided no visibility + storm rolling in + wind = bail. Great early season winter conditions! |
