Comments
Comments: Damp, raw day out today. Trails were wet from the recent rains. Some signs of snow around 1100 feet then got pretty slushy around 1200 feet. Upper elevations were snow covered in about an inch or two of snow/slush. Some puddles along the ridge trail. Lots of ice falling from the trees higher up and from the communications tower on Rowe. Minimal mud along the route with the only bits of mud on the Ridge Trail. Walking was a bit tricky due to the snow on the ground but not enough to warrant traction yet. The snow will likely melt in the next couple days.
