Valley Way all packed out by snowshoers on friday and is in very good shape except for some drifting the last 1/4 mile before hut. Osgood trail mix of rocks and snow. Gulside and Lowe's Path mostly snow covered. Saw 1 hiker on Valley Way and 2 hikers on Lowe's Path. Some wind above treeline about 40mph gusts most of the time it was less tham 20mph. Used snowshoes all the way. temps in the 20's. Blue sky early then clouds came in from the south. Snow started on drive home. |
