Snowshoes from start to finish, although light traction would have been ok for the first few miles. Most people we saw were in snowshoes so that helped negate the bare booters beating up the softer parts of the trail. Most likely a foot plus of snow coming on Monday into Tuesday so bring the snowshoes for after the storm.
Beautiful day above treeline, we (Todd, Nate & Piper) hung out on Adams summit for a solid half hour taking in the views. Incredible snow coverage for November up high! |
