Comments
Comments: A soggy and foggy day for a Moat Mountain traverse! Spikes up to North Moat, switched to snowshoes after descending some of the steep sections coming off North and wore them all the way to South Moat. From South to the parking lot spikes were sufficient. Our efforts packing out trail will be erased by early week snowfall. Plan on bringing snowshoes.
