Plenty of slushy spots, which should soon freeze.Trail nicely packed up to "Pikes Peak." Beyond that, had to break trail with snowshoes & bare boots. We had a large group; so the trail to the summit and over to Newfound Lake view are all broken out. Tried in vain to locate the trail down to East Ledge, where the best views are. Apologies for creating a false trail; and good luck to others! |
