OBP is a sidewalk. A gift after breaking trail for the last few weekends. Micro spikes from car, up OBP to haystack. Snowshoes are essential from haystack to flume. Slow going getting from haystack to liberty with all the blow downs, learners, spruce traps and low hanging branches. Kept the snowshoes on until we reached LW but you could get away with spikes on Osseo. A spectacular day. Had FR all to ourselves. |
