Comments
Comments: Followed our Wednesday track up Slope Mt. to 1200', then set bearing for Round. Crossed main brook at 1600' with some difficulty finding a spot due to free flowing water.
Surface conditions were mostly supportive of snowshoes with max 3" breaking from 1200' spot to Round summit.
Vegetation comprised mostly wide open mature hardwoods, some younger open hardwoods, a few whippy areas. Ledgy areas could be avoided
Recognized high point found.
