| Comments: |
From Littleton, Rt. 135 north towards Dalton, to Blakelee Road to Buckshot Road (plowed). Dug out a parking space at sharp bend on Buckshot Road near access road.
Quick and easy one. Entered Rooney Road between two homes, and kept straight onto ATV access road. Gate was open, and not signed. We used snowshoes, although the road was bare in a few spots. Up near the summit, there was a tall antenna tower, with lots of guy lines. Found the summit jar and returned the same way.
Fun day out hiking three Dalton peaks with Schorman and Lady Di. |
