Comments
Comments: The trail was well packed, quite a few postholes which could cause injury if not careful with footing. There were patches of thick ice along the trail. The trail climbs steadily before Mt Surprise and has more ups and downs after. The most steep parts are after Mt Surprise and before and after the snowfield. A few blowndowns that requires sidesteps and bend over.

There were two Canadian Jays atop waiting for food!
