Comments: Mt Shaw (attempt) Castle in the Clouds Conservation Area

Barebooted to junction of Bald Knob Trail. Need snowshoes for balance of hike. Only one set of boot tracks on Turtleback Mountain Trail. Broke trail last mile to High Ridge Trail. It was slow going so we decided not to go to Shaw. The High Ridge Trail had not been broken out so we headed back down on the Turtleback Mountain Trail.
