| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
York Pond Road south of the residential section was completely iced over with a hint of sand and probably no salt. Recommend having snow tires. Studded tires would even be better. Slow driving speed required to avoid slippage. The Unknown Pond parking was plowed and not icy. Met two fish hatchery guys driving by in a plow/sander who said they plowed out the Unknown Pond trailhead parking yesterday. |
