Comments
Comments: 6 Hikers. Hiked Hale Saturday, broke out Lend-A-Hand (lots of new blazes) to Hut. Saturday traverse from Zealand Hut to Lincoln Woods, snowshoes all the way. Estimate 4' of snow on Twinway, consolidated and powder, some drifting. Broke trail from Zeacliff to Zealand, W.Bond and Bond. Twinway obstructed by many blowdowns or snow/ice laden trees-go around, under, over, push through. Exposed above treeline is frozen crust. Trail from Bondcliff to Lincoln Woods open and packed.
